Life 50 years ago - INVENTIONS

Tuning in;

Students have been introduced to “wheels” as a new learning strategy.  They were asked to PREDICT/GUESS and write about life in school, home and market etc. 50 years ago. Students were asked to use “MEANS” wheel to reflect on their learning.

 

 

 

As a weekend Prep, students interviewed their parents and grandparents to validate the previous day’s activity. They were able to find out from their parents and grandparents about life in their times.

 

They then presented their understanding to the class.
