INVENTIONS
Trans-disciplinary theme
An inquiry into the natural world and its laws; the interaction
between the natural world (physical and biological) and human societies; how
humans use their understanding of scientific principles; the impact of
scientific and technological advances on society and on the environment.
Students
were introduced the TD theme through a slide show where they were asked to link
the slides with the strands of the TD theme. Students in groups reflected on the
strands of this TD theme. After brainstorming in their groups they then presented
their understanding to the class.
