Inspiring our young story writers to use their
IMAGINATION
“Let them have a green sky and blue
grass for as long as they can because then they’ll realise it’s OK to be a
little bit interesting.”

Imagination improves learning
Developing child's imagination by encouraging
their self-expression especially through story writing has great benefits to their life.
According to Sir Ken
Robinson, an international expert in learning, imagination is the
"key driver of creativity and innovation" and helps children to
"learn with a greater appetite".
Students have been given opportunities to let their
imagination flow naturally by giving them tasks like ~ read the plot & solve a mystery, weave a story from a given clue,
create a fable by using the same moral, writing an event about your own life
that relates to the moral of a fable, look at the pictures and use them
accordingly to create your very own fairy tale, making up your own science
fiction story by simply answering questions or using an appropriate vocabulary to write a story, making posters etc.
…the list is endless!!
